The Lady Slipper during Fall reminds us of who we truly are. Stripped of the exterior beauty of its delicate and pink flowers, what remains is an incredibly strong stalk, with energy rooting down for next year's possibilities for growth. Yoga teaches us that we are more than our thoughts, our beliefs, and our ideologies. Who are you when you let go of all you are not? Can you feel the strength of your Soul and make space for the newly emerging energy our world so needs? It requires faith in the unknown, and in the strength of our collective Souls.
